Removable access ceiling: Uses tiles or panels (60×60 or with a drywall tray) that can be lifted individually, giving access to plumbing and services above. Popular in kitchens and commercial spaces in Marbella.

Decorative coffered ceiling: Adds architectural character — frames, recesses, stepped levels. Very popular in Marbella villas and apartments.
